Login error, but I have Sparkol PRO account
There is no current active subscription on the account that you were logged into the help site with when you posted this question.

1) Do you already have a paid subscription? If you you already HAVE an active paid subscription, and you are still getting that error message, then it is likely that you made multiple accounts and you are trying to login with the wrong email address and password.
On the login screen, remove the email and password and make sure that you use the correct email and password for the active paid account when logging in.
2) If you do not have a Pro or educational subscription, then it sounds as though your 7 day free trial has ended, in addition to
whatever error you encountered. After a 7 day free trial has been used
on a computer, you will not be able to use another free trial on that
computer, even if you uninstall the software and reinstall it.
After the free trial ends, you can pay for a subscription to continue using the software.
