I just saw this mail saying that my payment was (successfully) processed. Yet, I don't want it to be processed. 

In November, I paid for a month because I just had one project to do, and I knew it wouldn't take more than one month. That's why I didn't take a one-year subscription. During this month, I had problems with Videoscribe. After lots of unproductive hours, I finally managed to fix it. I was very upset, especially when I paid 24€ for this (I am a student and have absolutely no money to waste). And now I see that another month has been charged. This is impossible, I simply can't afford another 24€ for nothing.
