I received an email from Sparkol team on 15th November, 2016 stating:
"Your subscription A-S00037002 was cancelled on 14/11/2016 with an expiry date of 07/12/2016".
The current status on my account also shows that the subscription is cancelled.
I made the payment for the "yearly" subscription.
Now, the credit card i used to make the payment has been charged again for an year even when i didn't want to renew my subscription.
Please tell me how i can get a refund for the amount that has been charged on my credit card since i don't want to renew my subscription.
