Account Not Transferring

I recently purchased the monthly plan for Video Scribe, but in the app on my desktop, it's not registering that I have a subscription and is still acting like I have a trial version. It's prompting me to buy a subscription in order to save my video, but I have already purchased one. 

If you haven't resolved the problem, you should probably raise a ticket to discuss it with customer support .

I did so and got the answer. I just needed to log out and log back in for it to refresh my membership. Thank you for the reply!
