Very disappointed

I have canceled my subscription last year, in December. However, I was charged by Sparkol in January 13th. Every time I try to cancel my account is hard to get, because it logout automatic...it seems like you make things difficulty in order for us to give up. 

If you had trouble cancelling, you should probably raise a ticket and ask for a refund for the current month.

I did it this morning. Besides that, I canceled again, and guess what: I didn't got a confirmation by e-mail. However, any other notification I got on my e-mail. This time, I printed the screen as a proof.
