Hi...this morning I payed a monthly subscription with my credit card. I didin't received any mail and my account are not upgraded. How can I solve this problem?

After you buy a subscription successfully, you must run videoscribe again and login to the same account that you upgraded. (Pro account status is checked at the time of login, not while the program is already running.)
Don't expect the program too look different after you upgrade. If you login with a pro account, Any new videos you publish will not be watermarked. Login again and publish a video and look for the watermark.
Occasionally, a payment fails, or someone accidentally creates a new account instead of paying on the correct one, or something else goes wrong. If the information above does not provide a solution, Raising a support ticket may be the most efficient way to seek an answer.
