We are in the process of making some crucial upgrades to our databases and there will be a short service outage today at 15:30 (GMT) and a further outage on Monday 8th March at a time to be confirmed.

Each outage is expected to last between 15-30 minutes and customers may be unable to login to our applications and websites for the duration of maintenance.

The second round of planned maintenance will take place this morning at around 09:50 (GMT). Like last time it will take around 15-30 minutes. We are not expecting any disruption from this but there is a small chance some customers may be unable to login to our applications and websites for the duration of maintenance.
