Change the name on your account

This article will take you through the necessary steps to change the name associated with your Sparkol account.

Step 1. Go to your account (A). If you need to log in, use the details you signed up with then click on ‘Profile’ (B).

From here you can click on ‘Edit’ (C) under the Personal Details section of your profile.

Step 2. Amend your name

You can now change your First name (D) and Last name (E). Once you are happy with the changes click ‘Save’ (F) to update your account.

If you need to change the email address on the account, see change email address.

If you are the owner of a team account and need to transfer a licence to a different user and/or add a new user, see Team management.

If you need to change the name of your billing contact see Change your billing address or payment details.
