A small number of customers will have an older subscription via the BlueSnap payment platform. These subscriptions need to be cancelled on the BlueSnap website.
Step 1. On the Subscriptions and invoices page of your Sparkol account select ‘BlueSnap control panel’ link (A).
Step 2. You will be asked to re-confirm your account credentials as your payment details can be accessed from the next screen.
Enter your email address (B) and password (C) then click ‘Log in to continue’ (D).
Step 3. Click Change (E) next to the status of your subscription.
Step 4. Enter a cancellation reason (F) and then click cancel subscription (G) to confirm the cancellation.
Step 5. You will now see that you have no active subscription in your BlueSnap account (H).
You will also receive an email confirming your cancellation. Please keep this for your records.
