This Instant Answer will show you how to update your billing information on the Sparkol website
Step 1. Log into your online Sparkol account.
Enter the email address you signed up for an account with (B) and password (C) and click Log-in (D).
Step 2. Go to your subscriptions and invoices page.
Click on ‘Subscriptions and invoices’ (E).
Step 3. Find your subscription.
Select the link titled ‘Update payment details’ (F).
A small number of people will have an older subscription from previous payment partners. If this applies to you, the next steps are not applicable. Instead, you will be directed to alternative instructions (see links below).
Step 4. Amend your details and save.
You are now in the Profile section of your account and you can amend a number of things about your account from here.
You will need to scroll down the page a little to find the Address section. You have a Personal and Billing Address and each will have a separate Edit button (G) under the information.
In this example, we have already clicked Edit for the Personal Address and you can see you can now amend the details and a Save button (H) is available to commit your changes.
Please note: You will not be able to change the country of your personal or billing address, contact us if this is required.
Further down the page, near the bottom, you will find an area to enter new payment details. Choose either credit/debit card or PayPal (I).
Enter a new payment method and click the Save button (J) to add that to your account.
